Description
The CHI system is designed to be an extremely flexible platform offering a variety of capsules for the demanding engineer.
The cardioid capsule is a very typical small diaphragm capsule, probably the one used most often. Straight cardioids pattern with nice, flat frequency response with only minimal treble peak, giving a very true and neutral sound with just enough reach and directionality for most jobs. The proximity effect is totally predictable.
Below you will find the specs for this capsule when paired with a 3-Zigma head-amp.
