The MZH 604 drum microphone clip is for E 604 microphone. The microphone shock mount clamp for a drum rim. A straight upright bracket allows an engineer to get really close to the skin without reverting to a conventional mic stand, saving space. Microphone drum clamp is used for attaching the e 604 (or earlier BF/MD 504) and the e 904 to a drum.
